Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the ListLao mobile application operated by Blocship ("us", "we", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

ListLao is a collaborative shopping list application that allows users to:

• Create and manage shopping lists
• Share lists with family and friends
• Collaborate in real-time on shared lists
• Access lists offline with automatic synchronization

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

4. User Content

Our Service allows you to create, store, and share content including shopping lists and items. You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in that content.

You are solely responsible for the content you create and share through the Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service:

• For any unlawful purpose
• To harass, abuse, or harm another person
• To impersonate any person or entity
• To interfere with or disrupt the Service
• To attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service

6. Sharing and Collaboration

When you share a list with others, you grant them permission to view and edit the shared content. You are responsible for choosing whom to share your lists with.

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. The Service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or due to factors beyond our control.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may also delete your account at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Blocship, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

10. Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Blocship operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
